USCG Authorized
One of the USCG's primary responsibilities is to ensure that vessels operating in U.S. waters comply with safety regulations. This includes ensuring that vessels are equipped with proper safety equipment, including life jackets. The U.S. Coast Guard has established strict standards for the design, construction, and performance of life jackets, also known as personal flotation devices (PFDs), to ensure that they provide adequate buoyancy and protection in an emergency where our life jackets perform the same.
